Well I made it safe to japan.. no problems on the flights and some interesting experiences at the airport..
The best experience was at the A(ll)N(ippon)A(irlines) counter... after some language barrier issues, the ladies finally were able to explain to me what they needed to do(why they just didnt do it I do not know.) After they were done, I bow'd and said arigato gozaimashita.. To this, about 7 of the ladies behind the counter all stopped what they were doing and started bowing. Very amusing..
Narita is no where near tokyo :(, not even in the same province.
