[Accidental recording set in the morning of the 28th, post-event.

He awakens with a start, his arm twitching from where it was stretched out to knock his journal -- and his clock -- off of his bedside table. There's a hiss of confusion, followed by the movement of him dragging himself out of bed.]

What... Aqua? [That's right. This was Aqua's room

[She listens to the recording briefly, slowly coming to the realization on her own.]

She's gone, isn't she? [It's the only conclusion she can come to, what with the way Terra's reacting to things.]

[He doesn't really know what to say to Kairi other than...]

I don't know. [He doesn't really want to believe it.] Is this the only way to know?

[Voice]

Usually, yeah. If their things are gone and they're nowhere in the village...

...are you okay?

[Voice]

[His mind goes to a dark place as he listens to Kairi, but only for a moment -- her question brings him back quickly.]

I'll be fine. It's just-- [What?] --sudden.

[Voice]

Tell me about it...they never really give you a chance to say goodbye or anything before they take people from you. [A little too much experience with that, this one has.]

Don't worry, she'll be back. I know it. After all, you came back.

[Voice]

I did, didn't I? [Ven and Aqua had told him about that sometime after he had settled in. He still wasn't sure what to think about it, considering he didn't remember arriving in the first place.] I just hope she stays safe. [...They had never talked about why she had Master Eraqus' Keyblade.]

[That doesn't sound too promising.] Stays safe? ...Terra, what's going on in your world?

[He ... really needs to learn how to filter. The filter he manages is only at 5% percent strength.]

We were split up, the three of us. Aqua and I were looking for the source of discord that was crossing into other worlds. [Vanitas. ...But if Aqua had Master Eraqus' Keyblade...]

And...what was Ven doing? [She's got a vague idea based on what she's heard from Aqua, but she's curious about Terra's side of it.] Did you find the source?

[Voice | filtered]

Ven ... had run away from home. Trying to catch up with me, I guess. [He doesn't speak for a moment, but quickly finds his voice again. There was no reason to hide this from her.] The source was Vanitas. His negativity somehow took on different forms and terrorized other worlds.

[She's not surprised to hear that; any of that, actually. There's a slight sound of sadness at the idea of Ven chasing after his friends (you know, a lot like a certain brunette she knows), but she focuses on the other matter at hand.]

What kind of different forms? And did Ven ever catch up? What about Aqua? She met up with you two again, didn't she?

...sorry, Terra. I just realized that's probably a lot to be asking you.

It's fine. [It was actually helping to distract him from his own turmoil over Aqua's disappearance.] Our master called them the Unversed. The different forms I saw seemed to be adapting to the worlds around them. Some would take on bird-like forms, others plants and objects.

...We met up again in a world called Radiant Garden. All three of us. [It was a happy coincidence. Somewhat.] But we had to go our separate ways again.

[Had to. Did he really have to run off like that?]

[Something in her head clicks, and she can't help but gasp quietly. Suddenly her meeting with Aqua? It makes more sense. The Unversed she doesn't have as much of a memory of, but she vaguely remembers...how the monsters attacked, and Aqua and the King saved her. Forgive her as she's silent for a bit.]

...that's where I met her. Aqua, I mean. But why did you have to go separate ways?

I was still looking for Vanitas. And I told Ven to let Aqua take him home. [And that was the last he saw of them before Luceti.]

...You're from Radiant Garden?

[Voice | filtered]

[And judging by what she knows from Aqua, she's pretty sure Ven didn't allow that.] Vanitas caused a lot of problems...[She shakes her head though. Stupid Vanitas.]

Originally, yeah. I was born there, and I lived there for a few years, but I don't really remember a lot about it.
