sleep paralysis bullsht
so this is the second time it's ever happened to me, and it happened this time during a nap so i'll just recount this story. I fell asleep and started having a dream...it was all of us, me and my friends from home, at some pool party. For whatever reason, within the dream i was able to remember that I was actually at college without any of the people at the pool party, so i quickly came to the conclusion that i was dreaming.
The dream wasn't that great (I don't remember the specifics) so i decided i wanted to wake up. When i did this though, i was awake, but i was completely unable to move. i tried to open my eyes, but couldn't, then i tried to open my mouth to scream, but couldn't. All i could do was move my eyes back and forth (i was quite freaked out and scared by this point, as you can imagine).
Somehow after freaking out for a few minutes my body put me back to sleep and i had another dream, this time in which my roommate was there. I knew it was a dream once again (because i was able to remember my roommate was in class). Once again i was woken up but unable to move, in the same fashion. this time, however, someone happened to txt me which legitimately woke me up.
it was fuckin scary, i hope it doesnt happen again.
