So it's been an interesting week here. Zarquawi is dead, in an unrelated incident a guy from my battalion got a bronze star for retrieving the information necessary to kill the U.S.'s number one enemy in Iraq. Also someone from my battalion died in Kabul from a roadside bomb. Also some asshole, PV2 Scott, decided to get a DUI and fuck things up for the company. I'm sure that the 1SG will take it out on all of us on monday. Pretty lame.
I'm almost half-way out of here, just about 3 more months. So in conclusion, the desert still sucks and I hate it here.
