moar tv + OMG COLLEGE
- SCI FI (fuck the new spelling, w/e) HAS STOPPED AIRING STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION. MY MONDAY NIGHT HAPPINESS, IT IS GONE.
- ABDC last night was fantastic. We Are Heroes Kicked Ass and Massive Monkeys are still in the running. I wish Rhythm City didn't have to go, though. I liked them too.
- My mom and I are leaving tomorrow night for Kalamazoo. This way we don't have to get up hella early on Wednesday so that we can make it there by 8 AM. My roommate says that the room is huge, so I shouldn't worry about bringing too much stuff, but then she revealed that not only are we on the third floor, but we are also way far away on the other side of the building from the main entrance and THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS. WTF, those poor athletes that volunteered to help us incoming freshmen are going to have to carry all my shit up three flights of stairs and across the building. I'll be helping, but, well, I'm weak and won't be able to carry anything that weighs more than 15 pounds, probably. And last time we went on a trip I couldn't carry my suitcase because it was too heavy. D: I'm such a diva, it's not even funny.
Other than that and bullshit orientation things that we're required to do that I don't want to do, I AM SO FREAKING EXCITED TO HEAD OFF FOR COLLEGE, AAAAAGH. My first class is on Friday (my First Year Seminar) and I'm really really really really really pumped to go. I'm so excited I'm not even nervous about being on my own. You must understand, this is a minor miracle. I don't know if it comes across on the internet, but I am borderline neurotic, I swear. D:
