Am moping round the flat waiting on Dave to text me to let me know where his B'day drinks will be tonight. His B'day was actually yesterday and we had a lovely posh meal together - my treat - and today is the social drinking night with all his mates, should be fun! Och well - it's about time I learnt patience!

Took the textures!

History can be so fascinating. When I was traveling once, I thought it would be kind of cool if I were somehow a descendant of some famous ruler--um, you never know, right? ;P It's neat to think that certain traits, whether physical or emotional, can be passed down, and it can make you wonder how alike you and an ancestor could be.

When a relative of mine researched the family tree, she got really into it. She found out that my relatives came over on the Mayflower.

The coolest thing is that I found out that Princess Diana was my fifteenth cousin. I know that's a long way off, but I'm still related to royalty. :)
