Dave and I are signing the papers to buy the flat on Monday! All the money for our deposit and solicitors fees is sitting in a single account and is ready to go after we sign. Our policy documents for our insurance came in on Thursday. This is it! The point of no return... I've taken a half day off work to sort it all out. Eeeep! We should get the keys on Friday 31st Oct.
Because we're about to go into masses of debt we're having another wonderously lazy weekend to save money. Dave's going to do some composing as he has written a song for his band and they have practice tonight. I'm going all domestic and will get some household chores done. I think I'll try to get some capping done too - the sword in the stone is calling...
