so, gas prices are going up because we're in an oil crisis, right? there's a war, there's a recession, right? the production costs and shipping costs and refinery costs, if these are all going up, so must the price of gas, right?
OR, in 2006 exxon/mobil set the record for annual net profit garnered by an American Corporation, and in 2007 trumped their own record with a mind-blowing 40.6 billion dollars in profit (that is for a single year, mind you).
