Tough going doesn't quite cover it....
Dead lines are looming, and I am working full time shift work. I am sooooo tired, and I have soooo much to do! Things look a bit better today. Shift was hard work, but was nice when I was told that I was mistaken for a staff nurse.
How are things with you? You getting a chance to be kind to yourself?
