Stuff wot I have been up to......
Last Thursday we went to go and see Bauhaus at the Carling academy in Birmingham. They were absolutely amazing, and one of the highlights was their fantastic cover of Transmission by Joy Division. Bela Lagosi was of course a bigger highlight.
Last weekend I trekked down to see some friends for their 30th Birthday, and we all went to see some Greyhound racing. Having been used to going to see horses racing, it was a bit of a culture shock. In one race the mechanical hare stopped, and the dogs then attacked it. After realising that they didn't like the taste, some ran onto see their handler. I fear that some may never want to chase after the hare again, well... not unless it was a real one.
