okay..last wk i started to do brisk walking.its for about 1hr and damn!my muscles are lying killing me. 1 thing i failed to do is to do some stretching and wear shoes that is meant for doing those things. just today, i bought a new pair of shoes for that and for our hiking trip. hope all goes well with my 'lose some' project..XDD
