Here follows an email I received from a friend Mike who is one of my students.
His dad is the local cable access fitness guru of sorts.

[Just to warn you, my dad (Mike Sr.) does backyard gymnastics and calls
it 'Mikenastics'. He has been an underground hit on cable access and
we are now unleashing it on the web. He won the City Pages 'Best
Public Access' show last year with it. It's kooky, crazy, and a bit
disturbing but non the less, it's very impressive. Have fun!! Mike G]
