weekend before last i replaced
the door motor in my garage
i feel very handy
if i wrote a song about it, it would begin:
i got my dungeon master's guide
i got 12 sided die

and conrad is here
for two weeks

my annoyance with what i would refer to
as festival geeks has grown
just as i grow more intolerant of
all people daily

so you paid $5 to throw
tomatoes at a man's face
while he insults you
and you took it personally
yes, he is very good
he does this for a living

and daily i look down the open road
always when the rennies are here
i want to go back to them
working these weeks
at this job
i have lost all interest in
i am standing at the door
ready to jump
i feel reckless
i feel like there is only moonlight
and i am grinning wickedly

and i had a great time
and saw everyone who is here
