Cupcake fail
I just made two batches of cupcakes. The first was a vegan chocolate recipe, safe for our friends who are allergic to eggs. It went fine.
The second was a Hill Country Fare "butter recipe moist cake mix." The cupcakes sort of expanded and oozed everywhere. they taste good, but they're not much to look at.
