I paid them off.
Yesterday I paid the Department of Labor back. Now I don't have to worry about them coming after me. I certified the letter I sent it in so I will have proof that I sent it. I know it's a bit paranoid but I want to make sure that I have proof I paid them. I am glad to be done with all of this. Now hopefully I will be able to move past this and move on with my life. Hopefully this will mean the end of the bad times in my life.
