Fabulous

Turns out Tuscaloosa was well worth the trip. THE PATRIOT PAGES IS AN ALL-ALABAMA NEWSPAPER! That means we're one of the top 5 high school newspapers in the state. Sparkman's only a superior paper, tehe. We also won some other stuff....it's so amazing. :D We were all very, very happy.

Yesterday was crazy busy but so much fun. Met up with Cory and Caroline to plan the Sunday school lesson since Ella had honor band practice and Nathan was going to Stomp in B'ham with Yerby. Then Allison met the three of us for lunch at Subway. Went home, dropped off my stuff, and met Bri's mom at her house. Then I got to see Skylar!!! That would be Derek's niece who is 2 months old today. She's adorable.  Then we drove to Decatur to hear the honor bands after a snack at Hardee's. Derek got his fluglehorn, so he was very excited about that. Good story behind that one...The concert was amazing. HS Honor band played Tchaisvosky to end - absolutely beautiful.

Brad drove me to Applebee's so we could meet up with the rest of the family. We forgot to take the exit but it all worked out since we were still on the interstate. Although neither of us realized it was the interstate we were on for a few minutes...but that's okay. We got there and Ted, Hannah, Michaela, and Will ended up joining us. It was amusing. But I survived, and that's all that really matters. :) Then we went back to Bri's house, stayed til 12, Brad played this absolutely gorgeous piano concerto. Wow. That's all I can say.

So I only got 5 hours of sleep (sorry!) but it was definitely worth it. I'm so excited about everything now! It's just so amazing how God works. Gosh, I love it.

My Sunday night group is doing Relay for Life. Let me know if you're interested in helping us out. It's going to be amazing. :D
