more days pass and the world hasn't ended. i still miss her, but i'm glad she's doing ok-ish. today is a very soul coughing kind of day. been working since i got here and it isn't bad. i'm feeling a little sick and very tired, but i hope that getting some sleep and drinking a bunch of juice will help that. the changes in weather this season have not been kind to me. had a headache each of the last 3 days, but i think that's mostly the lack of sleep and stress over starting lab.
i think the jr lab will be a lot of fun, so i'm looking forward to that. it also sounds a little like ohuchi (the prof running jr lab) wants to work with me on some labs for next quarter, so that should be fun too. he wants to teach a mild electronics lab and i think i can design something for him that the mse students can handle and that future mse grad students shouldn't have a problem teaching. look at me, designing labs and stuff ^_^
