I enjoyed my day off, though I wasn't as productive as I thought I might be. I got over 2 hours in at the gym, got my daily iced tea with vanilla, came home, and vegged for a few hours. It's strange having all this energy but nothing to do with it! There's no yard work to keep me busy like in the summer and all my art has to be done outside, too. I'd work in the studio but I don't really trust the ventilation with the fumes of the glass glue. So I either clean, watch TV, or play around on my computer. I've been thinking of investing in a Wii because they are SO much fun and more active than sitting putzing around.
I just got back from dinner at the Sea Galley with Lori and Linda and I did pretty well! I did order a Cosmo, so that was my splurge. I ordered the soup and salad bar for dinner. (I sort of splurged on the dressing, too, but don't tell anyone!) But I feel OK about what I had...I might have gone over my points a little because of the soup and salad dressing but I made the best choices with what they had and I ended up full after only one trip to the salad bar.
