Today was great. It was also un-great.
I went down to Narragansett to visit Kristi and finally meet Scott and see her new house new puppy and new car. It was really nice! The beaches are beautiful and there were lots of dogs and James is a cutie pie and we watched Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist and that was a pretty cute movie. I like Kat Dennings. She's been in so many movies and tv shows! I just wish Christopher could have come. He was too sick. He will definitely come next time, and I hope next time is soon! I will leave earlier in the day and it will be even nicer out.
Then, I headed home. I took a different route to see if I could save time. I took 195 like Scott said, and got through Fall River. On the way to New Bedford I was bombing down the fast lane at 81 when I saw a state trooper hanging out in the breakdown lane. The instant I went by her, she pulled into the fast lane behind me and I was like "Ooooooh shit." I knew she was going to pull me over. I tried getting out of her way and got into the center lane, and she followed me there and turned her lights on.
When I pulled over I was so scared because I've heard awful stories about how mean staties can be! I was ready to be screamed at. But she wasn't even mean, she just wore her aviator glasses and gave me a ticket for going 75 instead of 81 which saved me $100, she says.
Bummer. But it's all right. I sort of got off lucky.
Life is hanging over my head again. A letter I get in the next couple of weeks will determine how the next year (at least) of my life is going to go. I'm considering grad school. More on that later!
I want a house and a dog. And more food! I'm still hungry!
One more thing. I was thinking about cutting my hair and then I was thinking about getting some light brown highlights but now I don't know. I'm bored with it and I feel like my face looks better with long bangs and mine are all grown out. And I'm not sure about highlights right now because I'd rather wait until the henna is all grown out. I've been looking at a lot of pictures lately but I'm getting tired of it. I love Mandy Moore's hair, always! And if I get highlights I think I'll just do around my face. Any fun ideas that don't necessarily change much of my hairstyle? Hah, I'm so girly.
