I'm so excited. This weekend is finally the weekend I'm going to go CAMPING!!! Oh, I'm so excited. I've already started making a list. We're hopefully staying gone from midday Friday to midday Sunday. Oh, I can't wait. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh... We're going with Ide and *maybe* his girlfriend, but he's not sure if she's going to go. She went camping for the first time only a couple weeks ago, and while I think she had fun, she didn't think it was fun enough to go back a few weeks later, hehe. I do! I haven't been camping at all this year, and it's been FOREVER since I've been foreal camping with serious people. And I don't mean "serious" as in Taylor-MacDonald-serious, I simply mean people who have their own sleeping bags, or bring a share of the food everyone eats, or participates in setting stuff up. I don't like having a T-MacD-serious time. I still plan on bringing alcohol (bourbon or beer?), pot, and mushrooms, so it won't be too serious by any means.
We're going to the Gorge, and since we might leave around noon on Friday, that means I get to leave work early! I would like to get an early start on the campsite, because it's always best to set things up while there's still daylight out. I think we're going to hike a little to the actual campsite, so that will require plenty of time and light. Oh!!! I'm so happy!! I just checked the weather, and it's supposed to be light rain over the weekend. I doubt it will be bad. I thought it was supposed to rain last weekend, and it never really did--at least not in Richmond. I still have this cough, and I hope it goes away before the weekend. It probably won't, but I hope it at least gets a little better.
I have school today--ugh. I hate this economics class. I wish I had decided not to take it. I wish I had just waited another semester instead of deciding to enroll at the last minute and ending up with a professor who SUCKS REALLY BAD! I even looked him up on the new myspace professor search thingy, and he has a big frowning face and a ton of negative comments. He's bad all-around. And there are some real horror stories. I skipped on the day he took midterm grades. I say "took" midterm grades, because he hasn't assigned us anything that has a point value. He told everyone to put a letter on a piece of paper and turn it in, and that would be your grade. Since I was gone, I got a C automatically. What a fucktard. It's okay. I know he can't help being the world's biggest nyerd. He loves economics, which is really dumb. I mean, it's important--I guess--but it's so boring. I'd rather be dead for three hours than go to that class tonight. But I must.
I want to eat at Frische's really bad for some reason. But that'll have to wait, because I went out and bought a whole bunch of yummy food, and I'm probably going to cook something yummy tonight. I'm excited. About a lot of things!
