Holiday season is here!
First, a belated HAPPY THANKSGIVING to my f-listers who celebrated. I was at my parents' house and the wifi still doesn't like me or my devices, so there wasn't a lot of online activity, past a few FB photos at my mom's request.

It's ridiculously cold in Florida, for November. These are February temperatures and if it's this bad in November, I'm not looking forward to what we actually get in February.
In fangirling news.. still tearing through the Bollywood-ish tag on Netflix... ISH? The problem is that the first movie I saw and the third movie I saw have moved in and are taking over most of the free space in my brain, so I just keep watching them over and over.
Seriously: I watched Happy New Year TWICE, yesterday. LOL Well.. watched once and kinda-watched once -- turns out, if you download the movie on Netflix, and plug the ipad into the car, it treats it like an ipod and plays the audio through the car speakers.
Makes a four hour drive go A LOT FASTER when you have a 3-1/4 hour movie to "watch".
Then, I got home and finished one I started last week, which ended up being way more depressing than I expected. Watched a random 90s film and then decided to listen to the one song I am LOVING from HNY, but Netflix remembered where I had left off when I started the download and I had to just watch it from 30min in until the end, because THAT'S WHAT YOU DO.
Here's a question I posed to Twitter/Facebook a few weeks back (and I went back and checked to make sure I didn't already post it here, because I'm having a bad time with repeating myself, lately):
WHY ARE REGION-LOCKED DVDS STILL A THING???!?! It's almost 2022 for God's sake! I want to own a physical copy of these four movies, but only one is on DVD and it's Region 2. I can't even buy these movies on itunes and live with the Apple lock.
GRR ARGH.
At least I can buy the soundtracks. I'm tempted to make that song my ringtone, so that when the spam calls come, I won't mind letting it ring XD
Anyway.. I've signed up for a 20in20 .. and if I can get VLC to screencap the right aspect ration, I may just be able to sign up for
jsfunction's next challenge...
I just really want to get back into icons and fic and life from the before times and all the work-related PTSD. SIGH
Anyway.. I send you all love and hugs and happy vibes as the holiday funks start to ooch in ♥
