Just.. OY. A shortlist, as I should be working at work:
+ After a month of prep to put a very specific version of Adora in a game, the mod decided she isn't canon enough and kicked her out. I wrote 80% of Tin Man!Adora's story 13 years ago, but whatever.
IT'S NOT MY FAULT SHE ISN'T WORTHY OF THE WIKI EDITORS' TIME WITH HER TWO SECONDS OF BEING ON SCREEN. /salty
+ I fell into a deep, deep hole on Netflix, by my own choice, not realizing what would happen. I don't even know why I did it, but I decided to search for Bollywood titles and picked one at random. Like.. two minutes in, a set of dimples met me at the door and I was done and I've now lost multiple hours of sleep and watched about 10? movies in two weeks. They are loooooooooong. And I have to pay attention to subtitles. And sweet Jesus, the levels of Erin-porn. SO G-rated yet soooooooooooooooo NOT. /fans self
+ Sorry, Neal: You've been replaced. Okay, not entirely replaced.... but you do not have my focus and will get by. I am not sorry. He calls me.....
+ The dimples plotted an entire story in about 20 minutes and if I could write it down, I could finish NaNo for the first time in 12 years.
+ Work is still Hell and I'm over all of it. The new roof is leaking; the guy who was supposed to replace some ceiling tiles months ago hasn't been seen; someone abandoned a car in the parking lot; the mail is late; people aren't paying rent; someone keeps wasting all the paper products in the bathroom; etc etc etc. All of these things are consistently my responsibility and none of them should be. I can't even get my clients to answer a simple question about how to break out a credit card charge.
+ I need another gif...
+ I love that everyone is in all these movies, repeatedly. It's like a reverse MCU - everyone's in MOVIE A, and then they're all mix-and-match all these other ones. I don't know anyone's names; I keep restarting the same movies because Netflix doesn't tell me I've already watched them. But I don't care. One cracked me up, though, because the scene cut to an intersection I drive through every damn morning; and then to an alleyway - which I embarrassingly recognized in a second as the alley set across from our favorite Universal Studios restaurant - and then they were walking in front of the restaurant; and then in front of the Mummy queue and then a CGI city backdrop that does not exist where the roller coaster actually does LMAO.
+ This fella isn't too bad to look at, either.
bizarra walked through the living room the other night and announced: "Well, he's pretty." His eyes are a shade of green, y'all.. I CAN'T EVEN.
+ I don't know what's in the water, over there. Her eyes are just as mesmerizing.
Okay. I'll stop now... But, seriously.. these dear people are helping the depressive mood of the last few months lighten something FIERCE.
SORRY NOT SORRY.
