Friday night, I got hit with the beginnings of a sinus infection. Saturday was a wash, but I did manage almost 3 miles of walking (or a 5k) and while it was a mistake in my condition - I might have fallen asleep at Chick-Fil-A, y'all - at least I got some steps in. Which, really, I've been sorely lacking in that department, of late.
Anyway.. yesterday was a WASH - I got out of bed long enough to grab a ball of yarn and a larger hook and I just started practicing a single crochet (PS, I started learning crochet, about two weeks ago. SPOILER). If you're FB friends, you saw the finished product. If you're not.. shoot me a link to you and we'll fix that ASAP!
Today, I'm out of bed, I've showered, and I'm ready to tackle the 200 things I didn't do this weekend. THANK CHUCK FOR TWO EXTRA DAYS OFF!
Anyway... the point of this post.. I've been doing some more thinking on the music project I mentioned in the previous post. Current leanings are as follows:
Skipping
+ Best of/Greatest Hits albums (I rarely see more than one or two new songs on these)
+ EPs (generally, most of these (4-5) songs end up of the "first" album, anyway)
+ singles (basically anything that's just one song and six remixes)
+ all one-offs (ie I have 1-5 songs by an artist/group but no full albums)
Still Waffling
+ scores/instrumentals
Also, I'm still not sure of the best way to report on each day's findings... would probably be easier if I was used to Tumblr's whatever-in-30 type posts.. Anywhooo
Today's task is to put all the solid albums into iTunes and see where we stand. Figuring out how to randomize it will come next!
So, for those of you who made it this far down the list, let me know your thoughts!
Also 02 -- I hope that you all successfully kick 2018 right out the door, tonight. Also, let's learn from our previous mistakes and keep an eye on 2019 from the very first second. o.O
