House will call you a liar, call his fellows idiots, give you the wrong diagnosis, kill you, test for other things, say you have cancer, kill you again, then get an epithany and gaze at you with soulful blue eyes when he finally gets the proper diagnosis and saves you, and you wiull thank him kindly. And then he will hobble off to his hooker of the week.

Also never go near the MRI machine. NEVER.
