ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, it's been a while
and don't yell at me b/c some of you know you disappear, too!!!
i am finishing up the first trimester. i still feel nauseous all the time, but
am not quite so exhausted. so that's a good thing.
the bad thing is they just diagnosed me w/ hyperthyroidism and i have to take medication for it 3 times a day. it's category X for pregnancy, which is scary, but my dr told me it would be more scary if we didn't get my thyroid under control, the babies would suffer more then. i dunno. i'm taking the pills anyway. so far haven't noticed any changes.
mark is getting married next weekend, unless the hurrican obliterates NOLA. i will be in town for a few days and hope to have some time to see you guys? what is your schedule?
my cell is (913) 486-2938. i'll have it with me while I'm there....since a lot of my out-of-town family will be around, I am not sure how much extra time I'll actually end up having, but so far daytime on Thurs & Fri look flexible....??
