My car rolled over 100,000 miles this week. Pretty monumental if you ask me.
Curses to my love of big cars. If only a small car could have that big car ride... That feeling of driving a ten year old sofa.
Gas currently by me is $3.24. I have a 20 gallon tank. Do the math.
That's over 60 bucks to fill my tank. And does a tank of gas get you very far in a boat of a V-8?
The answer is no.
Now, I know all of the economic implications... And I understand that high gas prices in the long run could actually do some good. I also completely understand there are a whole lot worse things going on in the world currently then the effect of gas on my wallet.
But the wallet is thin.
College student. Two jobs.
Really this whole entry is about procrastination, not my car.
Also... My inspection sticker is up this month. And I can't pass inspection. Now, this could be a problem.
The check engine light is an automatic rejection. However I'm too broke to put my car in to be fixed... and I've been driving on this light for about a year now with no damage.
Here's my proposal. I need some sketchy place to give me a sticker. I don't mind slipping a few extra bucks in the direction of whomever wants to put on that sticker. And, if you refer me to somewhere that actually does it.. I'll slip you some cash too.
Is that a deal?
Cuz I'm serious.
And I could provide some serious business here. Every car in my house has a check engine light.
Us Molloys only drive the best.
