yo yo YO from novi, mi
hello hello... just stuffed my face full of pancakes and eggs and coffee... mmm... been eating insane amounts of breakfast food as of late... anyways... just wanted to check in with some photos from the road... wooo!
so after we left jenny's in chicago, we hit up mac's bar in lansing, mi. they played with a band called the sights and another called the hard lessons. cool bands, but they didn't make sense on a bill together. eddie from the sights was totally crazy and totally wasted. that's him sitting at the merch table next to rebekka. somehow, i wound up working merch for them. bobby, the bassist/organ dude was wasted as well. you shoulda seen them hauling this hugeass hammond organ down the stairs at load out... drunk... HAH!
we stayed with steve, the sound guy. mac's was a pretty cool place. insanely random crowd... young and old, preppy, punk, hipster... they're all hanging out there... michigan is an interesting place.
