Job frustrations.
I'm grouchy. About everything. I'll be the first to admit it's probably hormones.
I can only take so much of their "schedule adherence" crap and their "MAGIC Training" crap. It's all corporate BS that makes our CEO feel like he's making more money. I'd be willing to bet that his pay scale has been adjusted for inflation. I'm actually making less than I was 5 years ago since the cost of everything has gone up.
Seriously, why does anyone care if I take 15 minutes and 30 seconds for my break? Will their entire corporation go under if everyone who works here takes 15 minutes and 30 seconds for break? No, it won't. In fact, they would probably have a lower turnover rate and wouldn't have to spend so much on training if they'd relax a little and treat us like people.
