A Thanksgiving Day Plea
We the horses of CANTER MI now totaling a record number of over 60 horses need your help. As the winter is coming and we still have our racing coats we are in need of waterproof blankets so we can go and run and buck and kick without getting a chill. We tend to accidentaly rip and break our blankets with our horse play so are foster parents are constantly having to repair and replace them.
As our numbers are increasing so is the need for financial support to keep us from month to month until we find our perfect foster home. Some of my friends are recuperating from surgery and others are waiting to go in so we need all the support we can get. They do have this really neat Sponsor a surgery horse where your name will go beside the horse you sponsor for $300 but any and all donations will help us out. http://www.canterusa.org/michigan/donations.htm
