moonlight & candles
last night, at midnight, we had a power outage. having grown up in cities, i wasn't used to the power being out for more than a few minutes so this was a new adventure. here is how we passed the time:
1. we lit tea candles.
2. took a walk outside to find that all the lights were out as far we could see.
3. we played two games of "clue," one of my all-time favorite boardgames.
4. because i'm a wizard at clue, i won both games. yay!
at 1.35 a.m., the power came back on & then we watching an american haunting.
a night of spooky fun.
