Hey, we're home.  Turns out telling having cute kids and willingness to sign documents is enough to get you across the border.  And also, homeowners insurance might  cover at least some part of the cost of replacing our computers.   Still pretty sick about losing my work on GILBERT PEREZ.

Yes, definitely check with homeowners insurance -- depending on the deductible, of course!

It's really rotten that you lost your work on the story, though.

Homeowner's insurance is often a LOT more helpful than you might originally think. I would imagine you'd be largely covered for that minus the deductible.

I'm so sorry about the work on GILBERT PEREZ.
