When did Damian get punished for his actions?
I'm kind of tired of people excusing Damian just because of his age. So any 10 year old that kills is going to get a pass like the Cricket from RR? He had the same background as Damian, was the same age and enjoyed what he did. The fact remained that Damian kept falling into the same destructive patterns and nothing Bruce did really changed that. He never even knew where the hell his son was most of the time. That didn't change even after Damian killed twice as Robin. He showed no respect to Tim or Jason, undermines them and in Jasons' case purposely triggered his PTS. This is treated like a joke afterward. Bruce says Damian told him which means Damian either kept parts of it a secret or Bruce doesn't give a shit. Since this was revealed the same issue that Bruce purposely triggered his PTS it's hard to tell what the writers' intent was. That both Wayne are asses?
Damian broke the no-kill rule and treated his brothers like crap, things that went against Bruces' wishes. But he's never punished for any of it. People like Barbara give Jason shit over what he's done but are fine with Damian? And don't tell me he made friends with either of them during the Robin war. He didn't. Tim and Jason were just a hell of a lot more mature then him. They acted like Robin should and nothing in that arc made me believe Damian deserved the mantle. If anything it should have been taken away from him. And he doesn't show either "brother" respect after this. If he comes back I hope he actually gets held responsible instead of treating his behavior like he accidently spilled a glass of milk.
