A fast Christmas update
Wow, I sure have fallen behind on updating my journal. Let me see if I can be better in the upcoming year. I do have plans to go back and write some entries for some of the bigger things that have happened since September.
I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I know that I did. It was great to go home and see the family. I was able to meet my step-brother’s fiancé and she is wonderful. I hadn’t seen my sister in a year and half so it was great to hangout with her and my brother. We spent a lot of our time hanging out and playing Wii. I am proud to say that I didn’t do too badly when I was playing them. I also got to see a couple of friends from high school and college that I had not seen in ages. It was a white and cold Christmas. I spent most of my time indoors with the family. Penny made cookies and bars…yummy and we had really good meals. I know that I didn’t stop eating for most of the trip.
However, with as much as I enjoyed my visit I am glad to be back in Seattle. The cats are being super clingy and not letting me out of their sight. Athena May is really, really clingy and has to be in the same room as me. If she isn’t she starts meowing and comes to find me. I think she missed me a bit. Jean Luke is still pouting because the roomie is gone but he has stopped glaring at me.
