Survivors
So this week i feel like a survivor it was a tough week and I survived it
Of course there were moments of stupidity like in my english class when I argued that a main character was a survivor and thus not an anti-hero. Note: do not make a statement like that unless you have read the entire story including the last page and a half. yeah he died about 7 paragraphs from the end of the story. Talk about feeling like an idiot.
My life this week was a series of meetings, a midterm, helping my boyfriend with a paper etc
Last night I saw Wave Vidmar speak here at csuf. He is amazaing, he is the explorer who did the north ploe solo and unsupported. While he was doing this he was able to send his daily journal and photos to his website and csuf and an ed. company created learning materials and children around the world were able to follow along with him on his journey. The things he has to do on his expedition were incredible he is truly and amazing man who wished to inspire to go after there dreams. He is going to the south pole in novemeber and back to the north pole in march. his websites are northpolesolo.com and southpolesolo.com He truly is a survivor
I watched Survivor when i got home last night after seeing Wave and I guess it just didnt hold the same pizzaz for me. They should do survivor artic that would be cool.
