2 things
First: A plane landed in the Hudson!
I read the article in the NYtimes and a possible reason it went down was because it hit a flock of birds.
Um...I hope that's not true. Because I want my world to not consist of airplanes so fragile that they hit the ground because of BIRDS.
Second: I had one of those dreams this morning where I'm supposed to be at work, but i'm not at work, and i'm really upset and frazzled about whether or not it's the day i think it is, and why am i at home at 3:00 in the afternoon, when i'm supposed to be at work at 1.
THEN, I woke up and realized it was a dream. Which was so great.
BUT THEN, I get a call from YTN saying "why aren't you here, you are supposed to be teaching a class at 930.
Mutherfucker. I had the whole day wrong in my mind. For about a month, I've been thinking I had to teach on Friday mornings, never thought once that it was on THURSDAY.
So, my dream became a reality. How often does that happen?
