Brother's Wedding
Today was my brothers wedding... it went so nice!
Last night was the rehersal dinner at the House of Hunan in Akron... it was good I suppose if I knew what I was ordering.
The weather pretty much sucked but could have been worse... it was beautiful saturday and sunday I wake up and its like pouring rain and I think great I have to get dressed up and my hair won't stay straight for shit but it did but I had to straighten it like 3 times at the church because I was paranoid. He got married at the First United Methodist Church in Akron at 3:00 ... we had to be there at 1:00. Me and my sister were ushers. I wore a black shorter dress that amazingly was like the first and only dress I tried on and bought it on sale... it was nice. I went to the wedding by myself... Ray couldn't go and then Ashley wasn't able to go either and I didn't really ask anyone else... It was okay though I still had fun. The church was beautiful. Like I knew it was my brothers wedding but it didn't really hit me until it started then it kinda was weird. Michelle looked gorgeous and I dunno whats been up with my emotions lately but it was like I had to fight the tears as she walked down the isle? Then we took pictures after the wedding and all of that stuff.
The reception hall was nice also. It was at SYB party place in Stow. It was nice to see all of my family that I haven't seen in a long time because our family usually only gets together on like special occasions like these really and holidays. I had fun... I danced some with my mom and my dad did the hokie pokie and chicken dance with us so that was amuzing. I caught the bouqet so that was pretty cool also... looks like its my turn?!? Of course... in around 4-5 years.
Anyways... here I am at home after the wedding... overall it was a really good day... made me want mine soo bad! Now I have a new sister in-law... Michelle Cross... now Michelle McCullough ... I am so happy for them and I wish them the best of luck with their new lives in North Carolina!
