Notes: “Paritia number one! Thank you, Johann Sebastian Bach!” And
here is Partita #1 - which I was listening to on repeat while writing this. Comments and criticism are welcome and wanted - this ficlet may be short and a bit existential, but I want to know what you think about it. =)
Tell me - do you know of the stars at the very edges of our universe? Those born at the pinnacle of everything - leaving the rest of creation to follow downward from the fountain of their nexus? Have you ever thought about those stars, so very few and far between? How lonely their existence must be in growing ever further apart with each passing unit of time. The darkness that pervades their existence is all encompassing, but yet they shine on burning their soul out until they are completely composed of bits of iron. They are desperate for some sort of a companion or mate, but that is utterly impossible. They give their lives for the hope that they could find something else like them and then they collapse upon themselves, broken and transformed all at once.
That is the nature of everything, my dear. Of course, my recollection and dictation of this very fact is completely paled in comparison by the truth of it all. That may never be put down - it may only be felt through a silent conversation by those involved. So, I leave you, my dear, in hopes that we may elevate ourselves to be greater than these - to put an end to the loneliness inherent in us all. Stardust, elements, mere atoms . . . in the end it all so plain and unfinished. Where and when may we find that next universe? Will you tell me? What happens when those stars are gone?
Cheers!
