Anyone who has known me for a while knows that I am vegan and have been for a few years. I am going to soon partake on a more of a raw vegan diet and am wondering if anyone has done this and any tips they may have. I am not going to sprout too much but am getting things I know I'll need. I am also doing weight training and cardio to help me drop some pounds and improve my fitness.
