I wish I had an english accent..
..then I could say cool things such as sod it and, well.. other cool things they say in england. (yes I've been reading too much).
so spring break 2009.
it was fun. okay. wish more people were on break the same time as me or that I could've gone exploring or something because it's been far too long since I've been able to go.
however-- last weekend we (as in me, my parents, dan, mark, and jill) went on a wine tour to nine different wineries across the poconos//lehigh valley. it was a lot of fun.. and they gave us food at every place so it was good. My mother was also very nice and bought us like 7 bottles of wine (i bought 2) so now we have 9 bottles of wine to take back to the apartment. plus a wine glass that we may or may not have stolen from each place..
monday-- we went on an adventure aka i made dan drive me out to altoona to the Boyer candy factory and bought two huge boxes of mallow cups because they are absolutely amazing and addictive. AND we didn't get shot while going = Awesomeness. (yah, it was pretty shady).
I ended up just not leaving State College until Wednesday night. I learned to play poker though and watched a lot of basketball.
Once home, I got to see Hannah, signed up for a GRE prep course, played more poker, and made these amazing truffles last night (which were a pain in the ass to make, but oh so good).
I think that is about it with my life.
I'm not ready to go back to all the stress that is school.
PLUS another like 5 hours a week to this course.
Oh well. Summer will be here soon (where I get like 2 weeks off from school then taking more classes through the whole summer//working in more labs for psych// photo internship// a job).
next weekend== BEER FEST in Atlantic City.
