Very gripping story, I really enjoy this:) I love all the details you've put in this, especially while describing Erik's dreams. I can't imagine how Erik will react for the news he's paralyzed. I suppose it's gonna be bad... Anyway, hope for more soon:)
Thank you very much! I really wanted to show why Erik was so lost in his mind and considering his past, he would have quite a bit to get lost in. I love the idea of him creating things with his powers out of metal and the forest seemed like the perfect medium to do so. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
As for Erik, yeah, it certainly won't be pretty and I'm working on that reaction. I've been looking at back issues to see how well that would go over, because I don't want to go over the top or be too blasé about it.
I'm hoping I will get the next part done within the week! Again, glad you liked it and thanks for reading!
This is a wonderful beginning! For some reason I was not expecting Erik to lose the use of his legs. That will be interesting to see how he reacts! Poor boys. And I must say 'YAY OILERS!!!'
Thank you and yes, I know it was a curve ball, but it really fascinated me how things would have worked out if this had been the case and how Charles and Erik would have coped with it. We know how Charles has coped, so I was interested in seeing the other side, so to speak.
