I'm still alive!!! ^_^
Good lord, I haven't updated this thing in forever! Heh. A lot of stuff has been going on lately. Football, my hockey season just started up again, and stuff. I've been quite busy.
Our football team is doing awesome. We are 5 and 0. We have about 171 PF and 26 PA. Heh. We're tied for 1st with another school, whom we are playing against next Friday for the first time this season.
I'm not a starter, but I do sub quite a lot. Yesterday, I was on Kickoff Return, and I played Offensive Tackle for a quarter, then fucked something (I still don't know what) up and got benched. Ah well.
I still don't have WoW yet (haha) but I am hopefully gonna FINALLY FINALLY get it this weekend, if all goes well. Heh.
I've been getting okay marks in school. Aside from the occasional didn't know that was today this, and the odd I didn't know it was today that, I've been doing okay. For the things I put an attempt into, I get high 70s 80s. Everything else, not so good. I even found out my history test mark today, and kinda uhm failed it, but I will bring that mark up. I really have to buckle down on my school work this year, I would really like at least a 78 average. My music class will certainly help with that though. 94 in music, haha. I don't mean to brag or anything, but I am probably the most advanced guy there, althoguh a lot of beginners in that class progressed faster than I ever did. We're already into barred chords on guitar, and that took me like months to even grasp the theroy of it and such.
Well yeah. 2005 has gone by blazingly fast. I can't believe it's 2k5 already. I remember last year at this time! Pretty soon it'll be snowing (yay!) and I can do stuff outside! YEAH
Anyways, I really like school. Even though I'm not getting as good marks as I know I can, it's just a fun presence, being aroudn your friedns. Especially football. I can't believe the social connection the team has. Sure there's the occasional "GUY GUY GUY GUN GUY GUY GUY 50 CENT SHOOT WHITE PEOPLE", but when you step on that field, you're at war and those guys are your brothers. It's an amazing experience. Sure, I'm not by any stretch of the imagination the best player, I'm fairly average, but everyone treats everyone with respect, no matter what you play or how long you have played. Certain days, it's tough for me maintaining football every day from 3:00 - 5:30, and then homework, and then hockey, but it's all worth it when you step onto that gridiron and just kill whoever gets in your way. It's a great vent; much better than livejournal. emo cut cut x pain x daggers
But uhm yeah school rokcs. And now, I must go downstairs and make some pizza pockets. BAI!! ^_^ <333333333
