Just a quicky.
Here's the latest:
-My gas got cut off... I guess I didn't know how to pay bills here afterall... Now, I get cold showers and cannot cook.
-I'm just about broke again. My budgeting skills haven't improved much... I've got like 40 bucks in the bank which has to last me exactly 14 more days.
-I have been drinking way too much... Hence, the mere 40 bucks in the bank.
-My job still drives me crazy. But i'm a bit more used to it and have come to terms with the fact that it's just a job and that I shouldn't take it so seriously.
-I've had some bad luck with the ladies over here... First one was going well... She said I was handsome... I told her she was pretty... We talked for awhile... Turns out, she lives one apartment building down from me... Then, I asked her if she drinks... She said "no" and asked me if I go to church... When I said no, the conversation came to a screeching halt. Oh well
The second one, I had little to do with... The owner of this bar told me that some girl wanted my cell phone number... When I told him that I don't have a cell phone, he gave me her number... I was already outside and my taxi was waiting for me... The girl came out and gave me a hug... then a kiss on each cheek... and then she put her tongue in my mouth... I was wasted, but from what I remember, she was quite busted... She told me to call her... and when I did... She said she could come visit me, but she didn't know if I could "afford" her... she told me that it would cost me $150 in drinks for her and then we could "make love"... furthermore, she told me her age... 38... haha... I told her I'd get back to her and never called that number again... My phone was ringing like crazy for the next few days, but I didn't answer... Jeez.
-I'm at work and should keep this brief... so... I'm gonna post a few pics... I still don't have a cord for my camera, so i'll post a few pics from a friends camera that he sent me. Here we go...
They are from the work trip we took up to the mountains in the North.
These are the dog farms, where dogs are raised to be killed and eaten. Yummy. Dog... It's what's for dinner.
We were way up North and I swore this unmanned gate was the entrance to North Korea... But it wasn't.
And this is just a funny picture of a sign, that I have never seen, but my buddy attached it to an email anyways...
