the time is now To come together, and stand up for EQUALITY....show this nation that we aren't going to stand for the overturning of Proposition 8 in California...
there will be nation wide stop the h8te rallies on November 15th....
As a city we have to rise up and show Shirley Franklin and the rest of the state that the LGBT Community is still here- they may have turned their backs on us but we will never dissapear.
please join me in a day of change this Saturday
whether you are gay, straight, bi, trans, black, white, asian or anything in between- we need your help to fight for love and equality.
we will be at the state capital at 1:30 pm bring rally signs, flags, make shirts etc....
from there later in the day we will march to midtown...
where we will disperse for a bit to grab food and drinks and all come back together at 5 pm for candle light vigil and speakers.
PLEASE ATTEND BOTH EVENTS
there is alot of confusion on times and where and which one...
GO TO BOTH.
here is a flyer: please save to your comp- print out as many as you can...cut them on the dotted line to save paper.
and hand out to friends, family, students, strangers, post them everywhere!
