Keyboarding... meh.
I get to type now 'cause I'm in Keyboarding. Oh well, it's a good time to LJ about shit.
This morning was fantastic. It's officially Winter now - I had to scrape frost off my window at 10 PM last night to drive home, and I had to have my car defrost for like 5 minutes this morning. Yeah, it's Winter.
The drive to school was... wow. Everything was still frosted over, and the sky was this super light blue-grey. Really peaceful looking. I had Switchfoot in, and between their music and the white/blue-greyness of it all, my mind went pleasently numb... Til I hit 205. =/ That's ok though, someone randomly decorated a small evergreen somewhere tween the Padden Parkway and Fourth Plain exits. It had all these ornaments, the real plain ball ones, and this HUGE star on the top. I have no idea WHY they did it, but it was kinda funny. I'll have to keep an eye out for more on the way home, if I take 205 again.
But as pretty as it was from inside my car... I decided it was a NASTY day when I opened the door. We have gusts of up to like 20+ MPH around here. >< And it gets better - I lost an important slip of paper to it. D= Stoopid wind.
...Holy crud. o_o My teacher just handed me a 'study guide' for this class, and it's about the size of an instruction manual. It's all about the letter forms, bleh. Boring. I'll probably look through it once or twice then ignore its existance. n.n
Oh, and I'm putting off telling my dad about me. He's got enough shit going on besides me to add to it. =/
Um... Oh, on a happier note, I used my credit card for the first time today. n.n Bought some office stuffs to help organize and simplify my desk at home. And something for my filing, though it's not EXACTLY what I want. I wasn't quite ready to slap down $25 for what I was thinking of. =/ Oh well, it'll work for now and I can reuse it later.
Sigh. If only I could skip this class to go home and organize. And take a nap. I'm running off like, 4-5 hours because I couldn't get comfortable enough to fall asleep last night. My back's been giving me issues... I'm hoping a back rub'll help.
And now that I've bored everyone with details of my life, I'll hit the 'send' button and pretend to pay attention to class again! :P
