buddha where are you!
Well, this weekend was fun til the end.
Thursday picked up my oldest brother (the one I like) from the airport.
Friday, took a half day at work and went to the Los Angeles county fair. It was ok but thats because I'm not much into those things. I bought a little buddha statue for $2. As I was looking at it, the asian man selling it started rambling something about it stands for harmony. I know who buddha is, rub his belly and he brings you luck.
I went to the horsetrack at the fair and I haven't betted on horses since Christmas. For some reason I bet on this one horse. Didn't know his name, didn't have the best odds, nothing. It actually won and I won $5.80. I see the buddha had something to do with it. So the next race I betted for my dad. I won him 80 cents. It was still something.
Saturday, went to an off-road show after work. I have been to import car shows before but this was way different. I was the only one who didn't show up in a lifted truck. There was a lot of the same stuff over and over but I did get some info. The weird part about this car show was the nice bunch of rednecks unlike the import shows with mean asians. I wore my gary coleman "bling bling" shirt and got a lot of comments. (thanks again Kevin)
Last night I went to a kickback at James' ex's cousins. It was cool but I think I smoked too much hookah because this morning I have what feels like food posioning. I haven't had anything to eat since last nite's wienerschnitzel. I hope its not either hookah or wienerschnitzel because those are both my favorite things.
