I started working out a lot more and its nice because I can finally see some improvements. Is that a 3 pack I see ERic? LOL. Hmmmmm, more like 3 more defined little lumps of fat, and not one big round lump. LOL. Ahhh.. I dont care, its IMPROVEMENT. I am patting myself on the back here.
I am excited because I went to the gym last night, and on the bench press, I did a set (8 reps) of 135lbs to warm up, another set of (8 reps) at 155lbs, another set (8 reps) at 185lbs, and then I bumped it up and did 205lbs (3 reps). I know its not that much weight for some people, but considering I am weighing about 162 lbs these days I'm pretty happy. Right now thats about 127% of my body weight. If I can get up to 150% of my bodyweight, I think I will be really happy (250lbs). Seeing some of these people at the gym is pretty motivating.
I wanted my body fat to go down to 10%, but lately its been moving in the wrong direction. I think its because I have been eating pretty late at night. Tonight I had 3 bowls of cereal, a 16oz glass of skim milk, a yoplait yogurt, and a really yummy toasted english muffin with chicken breast and salsa.
I also missed my run today because I hurt my foot. Not a good way to start my training for my marathon!
