I hope I can ask this question here.

Do you think George would actually invite Eric to the wedding? Do you think Eric would actually go? Do you want Eric to go?

The above are great poll questions, wish i knew how to create one.

Since the engagement, has any of the other CSI cast members mentioned it?

My mum says there's enough speculation and emotion and conflict in this scenario to make a movie about it. I so want to explore this in fanfic, I've not had this trouble in the past writing real person slash but this feels *really* real... it's hard to explain.

Since George works with Eric, I think there would be questions if he wasn't invited. However, if there has been a break-up, even if they've decided to stay friend, having Eric at the wedding would be painful. I think George can invite Eric but Eric would have to decline.

Is George trying to fool himself or is he trying to fool the rest of the world? It's impossible to tell.

Eric may still be involved with George. He may understand the reason for George's beard and wants to support him. This really is a complex situation. I don't think a single person will ever know for sure, maybe not even George and Eric because emotions are such a complex thing to work out. *shrugs*

I'll never forget that at 2005 SAG Awards (the second time George brought Monika as his date), she was sitting between George and Eric. When CSI won as best ensemble, George didn't kiss her, which was weird (everybody uses to kiss/hug their significant others when they win at an award show). George just stood up and went up to the stage where he waited for Eric and dry-humped him in live television, in front of everybody. I'm sure that you all have seen the pics.

lol. George looked so happy with Eric and seemed so uncomfortable with Monika. There's so much conspiracy and censorship around George, and it seems that extends to youtube. That was such a George/Eric moment though. You can't get much more blatant than that :-)

That dry-humping at sag awards has to be one of the most memorable Eric/George moments ever. And SO telling about George's REAL relationship with Eric (and Monica).

No one from the cast has mentioned it.

Is everybody sure that there will be a wedding? I mean, this is Hollywood and engagements are broken everyday....

I wonder if George will marry the beard or he will stop digging himself deeper.

And I will never stopto believe:

This is one of those beard-engagements that will go on forever and then suddenly the beard will be shaved off only to be replaced by a new one.

Hopefully he will realise that a beard will never work.

If there is another beard after this, then Eric needs to chuck George (assuming that they are still in a relationship. which i doubt)

I think Eric would go to the wedding just to be nice .and him and Fox will probably get drunk and he'll cry over him. I mean thats what I would do if my secret love just up and married someone else.
