The years went on. Each year growing older, growing closer together. Watching as each day you wake up to that face. The one you know will be there forever. You can't help but smile. That day you moved in together, combining both of your odd ways into one. Sure you fought, over stupid things too. Like how you cut your hair, or how he left the house a mess while you were gone, but that didn't change anything.
You remember that day you brought little Jainy home from the hospital all wrapped up in that pink blanket. Or how you would wake up in the middle of the night to feed her, stopping her cries. Those sleepless nights were worth it. Then not two years later you brought home Liza, filling the house with more joy. More than when you first married the man of your dreams.

That brought you to today. There in the park you both stood. The girls off in the park. You grabbed his hand, keeping a watching eye on them, an dragged him to that special spot. Smiling as you both remembered that day as if it were yesterday. That picture was as clear as the one framed on the wall. The day you met the love of your life, the days when you were fearless, and as some would say stupid, but to you it was perfect.

Your grin got bigger as he traced the words carved skillfully on the bench. They has been written the day he proposed to you making it even more memorable. You were pulled out of your thoughts by Liza's voice, "Daddy! Come look what Jainy and I found." You chuckled as you grabbed his hand walking off to your daughters, but not without looking back to where this all began. There on that bench ten years before.

Jack Barakat and Zachary Merrick, Forever and Always.

You wouldn't have it any other way.
