Waterfire
Saturday night, Kris and I went to Providence. I bought her a new pair of Timberlands at Nordstrom, of all places. Then, we went out and walked around Waterfire. It's a Tourist attraction wherein they have pyres burning on platforms set in the river. There are also buskers, dancing etc. Because it was crowded, we held hands. A lot of people stared at us, including some gay men. At least no one assulted us, which is always a plus.
Yes, I know Providence isn't P-Town. BUt it's not as though we were engaging in complete PDA, unlike some of the staight couples we saw.
We went home early; neither of us like crowds.
