I've seen the Good Side a Bad the Down Side a Up and Everything Between..
So Mary and I took a bite out of the "Big Apple" on friday. We took the whirlwind tour of it with her dad. I loved seeing Time Square and Rockefeller Center specially at night. We met up with Mary's old skating partner, Kyle, who was an uber nice guy and he was fun to hang with. We took the subway out to Little Italy and China Town (which had a perpetual smell of dead fish). Then made our way back to the bus station at which the car was parked. Unfortunately were unable to catch any shows (sadness, we were gonna try for Wicked, but no go).
The next day we walked all around down town historic Philly with Mary's cousin Lois, who was also really nice and fun. He walked our butts off, which seem alright for Mary as she is from the north and is kinda used to speed walking but I had to periodically jog to catch them *lol* it was fun times!
We were suppose to go see a concert at "the House of Blues" that night but we were pulled out of line to be ided, we were unaware that one must be 21 to get in and as Mary has 6 more months we were turned away, but that's ok, we were both to tired for a concert anyways. We just kinda lucked up with the tickets from Nanny's brother.
Anyhoo, it is now Monday morning and we shall soon be homeward bound! So I shall see you all very soon!!
